We are looking for a driven Account Executive, residing in the Boston area, to join our Sales team! We offer a very competitive base salary, generous commissions package with residuals, and provide reimbursement for travel, cell phone, and additional expenses.

- Determine prospective clients' HR and payroll needs, and successfully market and sell CheckWriters technology solutions.

- Capable of on-the-spot critical thinking to effectively handle objections or unexpected situations that may arise during the sales cycle.
- Relentlessly driven, always working to exceed sales quotas.
- Work effectually with our internal teams to facilitate a seamless implementation for new clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience in a quota-driven, business-to-business sales role.
- College degree strongly preferred.
- Proven success with sales prospecting and follow-up strategies, and the ability to close.
- Superior level of professionalism and a focus on client service.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with Salesforce desirable.
