We have a team of experts who care about the details and work continuously to ensure that our clients experience is the best of any payroll and HR provider. 

As the bridge between our Sales and Client Support teams, you’ll collaborate closely with our Client Success team to ensure each new client’s transition to our platform is seamless.

On a typical day you will:

• Set up and configure new client accounts, ensuring accurate entry of client and employee data; including payroll taxes, earnings and deductions, time-off accruals, retirement plans, garnishment payments, employee demographics, and prior wage information.
• Research and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner to optimize client experience and satisfaction.
• Ensure all deadlines are met and all initial payrolls are processed accurately.
• Stay current with evolving IRS and state payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Follow balancing and quality assurance procedures to ensure all converted data is accurate.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in payroll (preferred), or a background in accounting, bookkeeping, or banking.  
• A positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for learning new things.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to multi-task, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.        
• A strong commitment to confidentiality and data security.
